Charlie Papazian attended the IOB Africa Section Brewing conference at Sun City in March 2001. I was lucky enough to listen to a presentation that he gave and then to chat with him later.

At a Wort Hog committee meeting in 2000, Llewellyn and I were showing the guys how to capture yeast. Llewellyn had brought a (not particularly tasty) lager back from Germany. However, the yeast works like a charm although it tastes more like a wheat beer yeast.
