This is my fermentation set up. On the left is a 60 litre stainless steel fermenter. It has a cooling jacket which contains about 1,5 litres of coolant when full. Water is pumped from the flash chiller on the right to the solenoid valve in the centre. The valve has two outlets, and is controlled by the unit below it. One outlet feeds the jacket, and the other returns water to the chiller. In the background is my oxygen tank.
