HayesenBrau - Glen Road Brewery

Below I have set out pictures taken in my last home brewery in Johannesburg. If you click on a picture, it will take you to a larger version with a detailed description.

The brewery had three rooms - a mash room, a fridge room and a wash room. These were converted servant's quarters - although their size was more suited to yeast.

I am now brewing in Hildenborough, Kent in my garage. It is a bit of a step down, but the access to ingredients makes up for it.
